Summary: I got this for the PC. The controls are good. I have a Windows 8 computer with a 4 GB processor and the graphics are only slightly messed up (at times when there are a lot of guys on screen it glitches and a guy slides across the screen instead of running). I got the game mostly for the Civil war battles. The makers of the game did a good job on the realism of the battle scenes and that time period weapons.
Summary: This game was amazing. Never before has a company made a game that was as good for WW1 or the civil war. This game is for people who like large scale fighting, not the little side mission crap. So if you wanted a game where you get to charge into battle with hundreds of other people then this is the game for you.
Summary: This game is worth playing once... but not ever again. I liked it, but it definitely has some slow moments. People need to stop hating so much and realize that only a handful of people made this game. So don't hate, appreciate.
Summary: I knew what I was getting when I purchased this so if you gave it one or two stars, you should have looked into it. Graphics aren't great and has a few bugs. But I knew it was going to be like that. The idea is where I gave it 4 stars. This game should be picked up and re-made by some big name software engineer company, and it would make big bucks. Who wouldn't want to go back in time with an assault rifle and take on soldiers with muskets?
Summary: I realize that not every shooter can be Halo. They don't all have to be Games of the Year, just simple and fast-paced fun. That being said, Darkest of Days has as much chance of winning an award as I do of finishing its excruciating campaign. If not for the XBOX 360 name on the top, it would be hard to call this bargain bin reject a game.
