Summary: If you purchased this to learn how to dance, this is not the game for you, but if you are trying to work out, it is perfect. They have you jumping all over the place trying to follow the little color people's moves.
Summary: We switched it to 2-player mode when I got home, and were amazed... at the lag and lack of motion detection. We would do the most basic of movements, such as marching in place, and it would not pick up our movements. Yes, we were within the Kinect range of sight, not too close and not too far away.
Great song selection, decent 1P gameplay, heavily-flawed 2P gameplay

Summary: We picked this game up because several of my wife's favorite songs are on it. She played it by herself while I was at work, and exitedly told me it was better than what people said. We switched it to 2-player mode when I got home, and were amazed... at the lag and lack of motion detection.
Excerpt: I bought myself a Kinect just before Christmas, and I had a selection of games to go with it. I really enjoyed Dance Central and I saw that there was another dance game called Dance Paradise. Dance Paradise is made by Universal and is rated a 12.
Pros: Some good songs,
Cons: not well thought out, not full songs, long loading times
Excerpt: Dance Paradise on the Xbox uses new Kinect software to see the movements you make as you dance along with the onscreen character. With over 30 songs to choose from, multiple types of gameplay and varying levels of difficulty.
Pros: Fun and enjoyable game play . Clever technology . Variety in songs and dance moves .
Cons: requires expensive software (kinect), sensors are lacking and there is a need for sufficient space
