Summary: I would have been pretty upset if I paid full price for this game, its a little rough around the edges and the first chapter seems to be the worst. It also suffers from some of the absolute sins of game design like having a cut scene before a boss fight and then making you sit through the cut scene every time you re-fight the boss.
Summary: I don't want to say the game is bad, but it's definately not spectacular. I'm not a huge gamer thus the fact that this is pretty easy says a lot. It's still fun but is more of an exploration game that a shooter.
Summary: I really wanted to like this game. For one the atmosphere is really cool. The old style western meets futuristic steampunk is pretty neat and the set up for the story is certainly interesting. The whole thing kind of reminded me of an old 80's cartoon called Bravestarr which I thought was awesome when I was eight years old.
Summary: An western style steam punk shooter combined with a little "tomb raider style" acrobatics and wall crawling. Not to sure what I expected, but, this game fell kinda short for me. The graphics are not all that great. The game-play is clunky and slow. There is no auto-aiming, some people may like that for the challenge, but the way its set-up makes it harder than it should be.
Excerpt: Not a very good at all in my opinion as it's full of glitches, graphics are not worthy of a 360, the combat is very frustrating with the pants A.I. Also, the cutscenes and script/story are uninteresting and don't give you any reason to care about what your doing. However, the one ok feature is the platforming aspect of the game, which can at times be fun and level sizes are pretty immense, but these factors aren't to keep you playing for more than an hour tops.
Excerpt: this is an ok game which gets let down by the lame A.I. which just seems to stand there doing nothing, also the camera angle gets annoying every now and then. This is a mediocre game so check it out but dont be expected to be blown away by this game.
Excerpt: Poor controls system, added to an annoying third person perspective that you can only change to a "zoomed" view with your guns. Makes this game frustrating to play and control. Its trying to mix "Tomb Raider" with "Gears of War" but does not do either justice. No lock on auto targeting or fancy movements like the former. And lack of good cover usage of the later.
