Summary: This game sucked, plain and simple. I didn't realize the definition of 'tactical' was that someone's head is made of cardboard and the rest of their body is made of steel. Unless you're like *** Max Payne and can concentrate on really small targets and shoot them in the head while running, this game...
Conclusion: Story Counter-strike: Global Offensive is the latest entry in a series of online first-person shooters. The series is built around a very simple goal: Terrorists kill police-officers & police-officers kill terrorists.
Summary: Over the past few years, a general trend has emerged from the shooter genre: brief single-player campaigns laden with scripted-events, coupled with a multiplayer mode so accessible that even the weakest teammate can feel empowered.
Summary: Counter Strike, or CS, has been in my life for a long time and seeing a new addition made me slightly skeptical. But fear not, Valve never lets us down when it comes to developing great and amazing games.
Summary: (This is for the PC version) I've been playing it for a while and it's amazing, graphics are good, gameplay is awesome, and overall just fun to play when you got nothing to do. Now the downside about CS:GO is that there is less modding, when you install mods/skins I have to re-install the game.
Summary: PC VERSION Counter Strike: Global Offensive (CSGO) is pretty much the same as Counter Strike: Source in all the obvious ways stated in the GI review above ; no instant respawns... etc, But this is an extremely good thing.
Summary: First off lol at the guy trying to compare this with a COD game. Great throw back to the day. Game is just as fun as was back then. This is such a great team game. It doesn't play well with a bunch of random players so if you don't have a few friends to team up with try just playing bots.
Summary: What can I say? Counter Strike: Global Offensive is just straight up FUN and definitely worth the fifteen dollars. It's a breath of fresh air from all the hardcore serious shooters like Call of Duty and Battlefield that we have nowadays, and it plays great on the Xbox 360.
Summary: The nostalgia is what does it for me. This is what started it all folks and it's spot on for consoles. There will be a good amount of gamers who won't enjoy it; needing XP, unlocks and a plethora of other things added in the past 10 years that have taken FPS into new directions.
