Still creepy and a great game

Summary: I just got an Xbox 360 this year so until now I've only played Condemned 2, on PS3. I was excited to play the original Condemned and wasn't let down at all. The atmosphere is overall dark and the creepiness just keeps building as the game goes on. The controls are decent and the graphics are good. I think it even holds up well compared to anything since then as far as horror and shock value. It is probably a bit easier than Condemned 2 but that doesn't bug me.
Summary: THIS IS ONE OF EARLIEST XBOX 360 GAMES AND I CAN REMEMBER AND IT ALWAYS WAS ON MY FAVORITES AND I HAVE BEAT IT ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS BUT I THINK I LOST THE GAME DURING A MOVE MANY YEARS AGO, BUT I AM GLAD TO HAVE IT BACK IN MY COLLECTION, I LOVE THE LEVELS, I LOVE THE COMBAT AND I LOVE THE OVERALL ATMOSPHERE, BUY THIS GAME IT IS WORTH IT!
Summary: I like how the game can be boiled down to putting homeless junkies in their place. Remember this combo....taze 'em and kick 'em while they're on the ground. So satisfying. I feel like Bruce Willis when I play this game. The story is trippy as hell and is the best game I played in while.
Summary: It has a REALLY good storyline, never goes off subject, stays on the whole time, and the action is real good. While your tracking down a serial killer, you use forensic tools to find evidence (a big plus in the game to me). A lot of plot twists, youll see a good one at the beggining! Seriously dont rent this game, just buy it! But if you dont, then just go ahead and rent it. But it might want to make you buy it afterwards like it did to me!
Without a Doubt, One of the Most Scary and Entertaining Games Ever

Summary: Condemned: Criminal Origins is a first person survival horror shooter, and it is truly a horrifying game, for all the right reasons. It's creepy atmosphere and scares are all derived, for the most part, from suspense and story telling, not constant jump scares which are the norm for most horror games and movies. Back when it came out, it was an under appreciated gem, and it's a shame that it never got the mainstream popularity it deserved.
Dark, dirty, mysterious, unsettling, and incredibly well done

Summary: Condemned separates itself from today's tired FPS market by taking advantage of innovation seen first in games like Chronicles Of Riddick. Hand-to-hand combat is the order of the day and that's the way this game plays from start to finish. Whilst it's true the game does introducing projectile weapons, they're simply a "bonus" where you don't have to get too up close and personal to devour the enraged bums.
Summary: This game is SO great. The graphics are insane and the atmosphere is amazingly horrifying. The background music pulls you in. It feels like you're really going through old-dark abandoned buildings, and the presence of drug addicts and twisted psychos lurking in the shadows will make you want to turn your television off. I've played this many times and I still get the chills.
