Summary: The game contains all the normal modes that 2K Sports has had in the last several years. You can simply go right into a game from the main menu and choose your favorite team to play with. All Division I teams are included in the game which gives a wide variety of teams to choose from.
Summary: I was never really a fan of basketball games, but I've gotta admit that College Hoops 2K6 really changed my thoughts on these games. It was fun, cheesy, and some of the time I spent was well worth it. The game itself isn't hard, and the amount of options for a 2006 game are incredible. I definitely suggest starting out with this one if you want to try out basketball games or even more specifically college basketball games.
Summary: Classic game, brings to life everything about college b-ball, the later editions while graphically better, don't have the shots of the crowd and the lighting is darker, but college 2k6 is a classic!
Conclusion: This game has a pretty cool concept behind it. Humans have left Earth to colonize other planets. They come across a good one that has one problem; tt's really cold, they need energy for heat, and there are some pretty nasty baddies (think Starship Troopers) that have been seen as vermin for the Earthlings to push aside. Bad part is that they are all pretty nasty. Overall it's a pretty decent game with a good storyline.
Conclusion: This is one of the best 360 games this year! Multiplayer online is a Halo 2 Gears mix, its a lil strategy and run em and gun em. The graphics are amazing and the movements are pretty good. There is a bit of a learning curve with the controls but pretty soon they become second nature. The storyline is pretty well tied into the missions and the action is pretty intense throughout the level. Overall this is a really good game and well worth the money.
