Summary: Call of Duty World at War is set back during WW2. Kind of strange to make a game set in an older era right after the great success of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. The guns are old classics, Thompson, MP40, old bolt action snipers, and rifles, etc.
Summary: Call of Duty has went from World War II games to modern-day war games, and now it's back in Call of Duty: World at War, and it sure doesn't disappoint. The Campaign is your average Campaign. You'll switch off between two characters in a cinematic story, while fighting both Japanese and Germans.
Summary: If you've played any other Call of Duty, you've essentially played Call of Duty: World at War. While the game is certainly slightly grittier than most of the previous Call of Duties in the franchise, it still retains all of the features that you've grown to love.
