Summary: This is my favorite of the Call of Duty Series. It tells of the Polish & the French Marqi(However the hell ya spell it!) It also discloses the fact that the Germans, NOT the damned Russians created the Worlds' first Assault Rifle, the Sturmgewehr 44. It looks like the AK-47. The good thing about it is that when you do get it, there's plenty of ammunition for it. You can use it at short, medium, & long ranges. It's the best weapon in the entire game.
Summary: As a huge fan of WWII history and gaming, the early COD franchise up to COD 3 are some of my favorite games. Maybe technically not THE best out there, but the accuracy of the weapons, the battles and the history make the game a huge winner. Veteran mode is extremely difficult at times and I wouldn't think for the casual gamer, but some of the other modes can make it more enjoyable depending on what you want to achieve.
Summary: I am very satisfied with this game. I've had it for a few years and it's still really entertaining. I don't mean to spoil anything, but after you do the basic tutorial, you get thrown in a massive, and I mean, MASSIVE battle. Buildings are blown up, all you hear is gunfire and explosions, and my reaction to this the first time I played was "woah". The campaign is very fun since the levels take a good length of time to complete and show a good difficulty.
