Summary: This game is awesome and lots of fun. Buy it and enjoy it. I only gave 2 stars because it came pre-scratched and I cannot enter Zed's place in Sanctuary without the game crashing. I have ordered the non-GOTY edition of the game and that should fix the problem, but it did upset me of course. Not a black mark against this AWESOME GAME, just FedEx and Amazon for not delivering a quality product this time(I was upset at first, but they do a good job most of the time).
Summary: This version does not include level-up option, which is a big minus & the game play is still glitchy & inconsistent compared to main game. I have been watching my bullets & rockets pass thru enemies at point blank range, so be forewarned if you plan on a multiplayer session to see some game problems. Also, add-on themes seem just a little too juvenile & not as developed as main game, so prepare to blow thru the first play through.
Summary: I am a very huge fan of the Borderlands series and was really looking forward to this expansion pack. Upon install, I immediately began to take on the new missions and the game played without a hitch. However, approximately 5-10 minutes into gameplay, it became clear that there was a glitch in the software. Both missions require specific tokens that are not found in the original Borderlands 2 game. These tokens are essential to progressing through the expansion pack.
Received well ahead of schedule but wrong item was delivered

Summary: I was exicted when my package arrived over a week ahead of schedule. However, I was greatly disappointed when I received the PS3 version instead of the XBOX360 version. Didn't want to deal with the hastle of reshipping the game so I gave it to a friend with a PS3 (who is really enjoying the game BTW).
Summary: I loved Borderlands 1, the 2nd is even more borderlands. Crazy characters, fast gameplay, good weapons, and awesome multiplayer. I however received my loot chest edition with no bobble head. I didn't receive one in the coming weeks after I contacted customer support. I gave up on getting one. The hastle of all of this has made me give up on the game, and the loot (in and out of game). Love the game guys, don't let my poor experience deter you from playing it.
Summary: I was a huge, huge fan of the original, I got at least 150 hours of play out of it. I was so excited for this game I could hardly stand it. Too bad for me the field of view makes me feel sick within minutes. I wanted to play it so badly that once I forced myself to keep playing for a little over an hour. I wound up feeling so awful I spent the next two or three hours in bed. This was probably the most disappointing video game experience I've ever had.
Summary: I would have rated this much higher if not for the issues with certain add-ons. While I can play and pursue all of the quests associated with the extra content, a bug that Gearbox is aware of prevents me from picking up certain quest-related items, weapons, etc ... which essentially means I can't actually use all of the extra content I paid for. Save yourself the hassle and just buy the expansions via Xbox Live.
Summary: The game is awesome, but like any large scale game, there are bugs. As long as the developers work on fixing the bugs, I'll stay pretty happy. When I lost several weeks worth of progress to a glitch that was known about for over a month and customer service told me that I was out of luck I quit playing. Unless someone else takes over the next installment of Borderlands, I'm done with the series. Look up disappearing badass ranks and you'll see my frustration.
Summary: I'd like to state at the beginning, that for a certain type of gamer this may very well be a wonderful product, but its important you know the type of gamer you are. For example if you're a ratchet and clank fan, I think you'd love this game. I'm very sad to say I'm not and put it down after finishing the first major mission segment, the first chapter of anything ~ game/book/etc ~ should be the 'hook' that grabs you, not the most boring repetitive game you've played...
