Summary: I'd say this is a good addition for fans of Bayonneta,Lara Croft or any adventuring butt kicking woman who stands her ground. The graphics are decent not the greatest but still pretty good as for the voice cast I'd say at most B level movie talent at most again not the worst but not the greatest either.
Summary: I played the demo for this game when it first came out. While I loved the graphics and concept of the game, it was a little hard for me to grasp the time control so I didn't want to blow $60 on a game that I may end up hating if I tried to play it completely. I found a good deal on here now that the prices have gone down and I'm still not an expert at the game I do like it more and for the price it is worth the play.
Summary: I give it a 4 and a half. The character Aryumi is Fierce funny and talks to her self and other mystical creatures during battles. You begin with basic moves like slash and kick but as you go along you upgrade in weapons (swords guns) and combos it kind of reminds me of price of Persia and Dante's inferno but with a Chick. The thing that I hate is that you cannot block but you can reset time.
Summary: I played the first one (X Blades), and I got to say that this one is an improvement. Graphics are better, fighting mechanics are better (reminds me of God of War), and for some reason, the developers decided to give the main character an English accent. Maybe they were leaning more towards a Lara Croft-y character. Boss battles are still difficult, and lots of mindless hack n' slashin' like the first one.
