Summary: I tried so hard to like this game, but the controls are absolute garbage. Mostly because of that the game is insanely, ridiculously hard and unplayable! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS GAME! It pisses me off because it could have been fantastic! After playing this I'm seriously considering getting rid of my Xbox 360. Developers have to ruin every single game- bad camera, controls, AI, ludicrous difficulty that borders on cheating... and this is no exception.
Summary: I remember playing the original Bionic Commando for the NES back in the day. What a great game it was for its time. I was pretty excited when I heard that a new version of the game was being developed. Well, I finally picked up and well, I'm a little disappointed. The game has so much potential to be good, but it has certain qualities that make it more annoying than fun. First, the game does look pretty good.
Summary: A lot of publications (not leaving any names) gave the game a poor rating. Where they failed to look past Spencer's dreadlocks, I didn't, nor did countless other fans. Game play is rock solid. There's nothing quite like the feeling of free falling from a crumbling building, only to hookshot away at high speeds just before hitting the ground. Using this momentum to reach insane heights and gain a sort of aerial high ground on enemies.
Summary: I've heard a lot of negative things about this game so I avoided it forever, but I couldn't pass it up for 2 Dollars. I actually enjoyed myself playing this game. Maybe most people were upset because they paid full price for the game, and I understand that completely. I would have been angry as well. The game is pretty shallow gameplay wise and the voice acting is god awful. Other than that though it's pretty fun swinging around the levels spider-man style.
Summary: Yes people, this is a good game. yes, it's also NOTHING like the original, but we have to learn to accept new ideas. I think the mechanics are great, the voice acting is awesome, an the graphics are almost breath-taking at some points. I say it's definitely worth five bucks.
Summary: The grappling hook its fun to play with, special round for shotgun and snipers are really hard to get the graphics outside are not bad, but indoors is another story the game its too repetitive an linear no side mission so far and i dont thing there will be, i have not finish the game and im thinking if i should play it again, the voice acting are terrible, the music its one of the best features of the game, in some parts takes you back to the original bionic commando...
Summary: I see some of the reviews below me seem to have enjoyed this game a little too much, if I can put my opinion out there. Yeah, it was pretty cool, but nothing to get so worked up over. I played for about 30 minutes before I gave up. Don't plan on going back to it either. Now, I don't want to come off as such a douche bag, but I just think it could have been better. And, to be honest, I would pass on this game. Or, play a demo first, because it's not really worth buying.
