Summary: The game design and game-play definitely reflects the reduced price tag. The levels & enemies are recycled throughout the game and it is basically a clone of your standard action game format (complete with the played out multiple button push finishing sequence for boss fights).
Summary: A special feature of Afro Samurai is the innovative. I mean overdone focus mode that allows u to slow the game down. What Afro does in this game is different with old mechanic is give you manual control of where to attack when in this mode.
Summary: Well, this is another example how a product is used to sell a franchise not a good game. The previous Ben 10 games were so much better then this one. This game is very repetitive and not very exciting. Very basic characters, not even the best of the Ben 10 lineup.
Summary: The graphics are great and very much in the same style as the videos. Surprisingly so actually. Combat is sort of so/so hack and slash at first until you really learn to master the focus mode.
Summary: My son saw a commercial for this game and put it on his Christmas list. I was reluctant to buy it due to the lack of critic or even user reviews online. I went ahead and purchased it and we're about 85% through the game. The game design and gameplay definitely reflects the reduced price tag.
Summary: My ten year old grandson is a huge Ben 10 fan, has been for several years. The shows, the movies, the various iterations of the Omnitraxs. And the games. Good lord he loves the games (he also loves all the Lego games, Little Big Planet, the various Spiderman and Super Hero offerings).
