Summary: Being a huge fan of hack n slash I wanted to try out this out and to my surprise, it was quite good. What can you say about a game where you play as a woman with guns in her shoes and eats lollipops for energy?, nothing much except that it can be funny at times if you watch the cut scenes. Engaging gameplay once you get used the hair-twirling combat. Can be difficult at times and even frustrating but you won't get "ninja gaiden" frustrated with its difficulty.
Summary: ONE OF MY FAVE XBOX GAMES! Bayonetta is suppperrrrr hot. Her moves are so amazing and climatic that it really pushes ya to the limit and shows ya the true potential a video game can achieve. The punishments along with the various weapons and costumes were AMAZING. I loved the storyline so much i was sad when i finished it. The characters and their corresponding personalities were sweet. the friendship her and jeanne shared on a deep level was great.
Summary: great game. on the xbox 360 that is. on the ps3, its still a great game. with bad framerates, long loading times. just a bad port overall. 6 on the ps3. 8 on the xbox 360. nope i'm not a microsoft fan.
Summary: I ordered this game not knowing what to expect. However, I ended up loving it. It's a lot like Devil May Cry, which is a major compliment since I love Devil May Cry. However, Bayonetta still feels like it's own original game. The voice acting is sometimes cheesy, but in the best possible way. The story is good, and even after you beat the game, there's so much to unlock, that you'll keep coming back again, and again.
Summary: The game is a beautiful, fast and fluid 60 frames per second masterpiece. Almost non stop action with a few light puzzles thrown in here and there. The art style is incredible. Challenging and fun, would recommend to almost anyone who likes action or hack and slash games. One of the best in this genre I have played.
Summary: THIS is the reason why I bought an XBox 360. This game has everything: engaging film noire-esque cutscenes; unlimited combos; excellent research on Angelology, the Enochian language and Angelic scripts; disco music, etc. Any more games of this caliber out there, I'm buying.
