It's OK, not sure I'd pay more than $13 for it....

Summary: It's an OK game, better at the $[...] price point. In the game the text is hard to read, and unfortunately there is a lot of mission descriptions. If you just enjoy flying around the pacific shooting ships and planes, or simplistic surface naval combat, then this game is kinda fun.
Summary: Here's my quick review... Controls...are iffy, not great and I remember the first Battlestations being better. Graphics...pretty good. Ships look good and people on ships move around, would be nice if they reacted to the ship being attacked. Gameplay....not overly exciting. Flying with a keyboard/mouse is a pain in the butt. Overall, I was more excited before getting the game on here.
Summary: I really enjoyed Battlestations:Midway so was excited for this sequel. Unfortunately it was disappointing. Seems they changed the things I liked and added stuff I didn't. The graphics are noticeably worse and the sound/voice acting is terrible- a very poor attempt at making it sound 'authentic'. The most aggravating aspect are the maps are RIDICULOUSLY small- with no option to zoom. I've only completed the first couple of missions and then lost interest.
Conclusion: Why do people write reviews based only on demos?? Yeah the graphics are good, nothing special though. Having played battlestations: midway to death, i was looking forward to the sequel. The game is very similar in almost every way, the new aditions arent anything to get excited about, more planes, boats etc, two seperate campaigns and thats about it. The new game modes for xbox live do add something, but nothing new or original.
