Summary: Great idea for a game marred by a horrible control system, flying planes is like stirring porridge. I guess the setting isn't to my taste either but that's just personal opinion. Maybe others (judging by the ratings) fought past the control system to find a great game. I just didn't have the patience to do that.
Summary: I'm becoming a little more critical of XBox 360 games lately, since most seem to lean towards multiplayer online platforms & I prefer single player games. Battle-stations Midway marks the latest in the trend. That being said, this game is fun, (relatively) easy to get the hang of with excellent tutorials, beautiful graphics, & good replay-ability. However the single player campaign is relatively short-lived.
Summary: This is a superb game. Easy controls, realistic ordinance levels, whats not to like? I love the graphics and that is on my standard def. tv! Play on xbox live is great, easy to join. This game delivers that and more! I love taking command of a fleet and sending into the fight. A must for any strategy gamer!
Summary: A while back my friends and I bought a bunch of cheap and likely terrible games to play on a Saturday. The requirements were that the games had to be something we didn't have and it had to have multiplayer. This game was slow, hard to understand and mostly just really boring, it was by far the worst of the bunch.
Summary: The most polite way to put it is that I don't dislike this game. The graphics are decent, the cut-scenes are well done, and the first couple of missions really pulled me in and captured my excitement. But as the game story progressed, the excitement quickly wore off leaving me uncommitted to continue. Each battle became frustratingly harder, even with the difficulty setting on easy.
