  • Summary: Battlefield 1943 was a great addition to the battlefield series and right before the newer version came out it gave us battlefield veterans some fun. I give it a 7.8 out of 10.

  • Summary: One of the best online shooters ever and only a $15 download. Realistic physics unlike other shooters. Romp around in fighters, jeeps and tanks like Rambo. Only 3 maps and locked in weapon options. This is a cheap arcade multiplayer shooter, too bad they do not make the full size $60 shooters this quality. The quality and fun factor dwarfs most $60 shooters. Definitely worth checking out if you like multiplayer gaming.

  • Summary: If you purchased Battlefield 3 for the PS3, you get Battlefield 1943 for free! Otherwise, you must pay $9.99 on PSN. Either way, this is awesome for a download-only title. You may forget that this is a downloadable title when you play so be warned...hehe. It has only 4 maps, but as I have said, it's download-only, forgive it. And to correct the review of "GameReviews", this is NOT a remake of the original 1942. 1943 is something different.

  • Summary: This game was great and definitely worth the cheap price tag. I've gotten many hours of enjoyment out of this game. The only complaints were that the game was EXTREMELY laggy online when I first played. It since seems to have been fixed however, so that's not an issue anymore. Another complaint is that there are not enough maps to choose from. Overall though, a most enjoyable game available for a low price. Worth a purchase.

  • Summary: Battlefield 1943 is a remake of the original Battlefield 1942. It haves better graphics, and better destruction. And, It is, a great remake. You only can play online. Battlefield 1943 haves huge maps, classic vehicles and a terrific gameplay. Battlefield always have, and It'll have the best multiplayer experience ever. Now, in this version, you can choose 3 classes: rifleman, infantry and scout. Rifleman haves a long range an It's anti-infantry.

  • Summary: This is like a horrible Battlefield clone, except it is actually called Battlefield. Guns aim like bricks, there's zero to unlock/change, and to top it all off, it is no where near the quality you expect with the Battlefield name. Don't bother.

  • Summary: 2nd best Battlefield game there is behind BF3. Even though there's only 3 maps (Wake Island, Mount Siribachi and Iwo Jima) You'd get bored of MW really easily if you have this game which you can get for free by going to 1943redemption.battlefield.com. You must have BF3 to redeem the vouch though. Vehicles are a gem especially the 3 plane bombers and the sherman tank.

  • Summary: Just five, because this game have only multiplayer and 4 maps. No customizable characters. It's booring after long playing. DICE make this game dead. No patches, no fixes. Positive is vehicles and frostbite engine. Graphic is very veak.

  • Summary: This is the sort of game that I can truly respect, a completely multiplayer game with a low but very fair price tag, after forking out $90 for Battlefield 3 and finding out only about $40 of it was money well spent (multiplayer was good) it's really good to come across this gem of a game, three maps from the world war II era, a well-balanced three classes and ace vehicular combat, and Battlefield's brilliant engine, all for under $20, if you have any integrity at all,...
