Excerpt: For Answer's single-player campaign is a wasteland of poorly constructed levels and brain-dead mechanized adversaries. Playing with a friend in co-op doesn't add to the excitement. For some strange reason, you must wave goodbye to your friend to complete mandatory single-player levels before being able to join up in co-op again.
Conclusion: The online achievements are completely unobtainable. NO one plays online anymore and even if they did, majority of them are just so ridiculous impossible. No one has legit claimed the online achievements that have to do with kills or matches. For example: Get 10,000 online kills or get 10,000 won matches online.
Conclusion: Overall AC For Answer is a good game. I’ll say good not great. The game can be a little difficult at times and will only appeal to either fans of the franchise or fans of mech based games in general. Fans of third person shooters owe it to themselves to at least give this game a rental and decide from there if they would like to give it a purchase. It’s action is fast and not very tactical.
Summary: Armored Core For Answer will surely quench any mech fan's thirst for destruction, but might fall short with anyone unfamiliar with the franchise. Casual gamers can still have fun playing the game, but only those who delve deeper into the customization will see Armored Core For Answer's true power.
Pros: Intense battles that fill the screen. Insane amount of customization for mechs.
Excerpt: Massive development and aerial pollution have been harming the planet. People recognize how little time is left until the end of the world. Thanks to their massive amount of military strength, The League corporations are in control of the planet's infrastructure and their people are living in the air to avoid the contamination. The ORCA, forced to live on the surface of the polluted planet, organized the resistance and have amassed a formidable arsenal.
Summary: Armored Core for Answer is From Software's latest installment in its mech-based combat franchise. As a mercenary armed with cutting-edge military robot technology, choose your side and defeat the other factions by harnessing the power of the deadliest and most gigantic weapons ever created by mankind.
Conclusion: But the way the missions play leave a lot to be desired. Even though you have an advanced radar system that shows you where enemies are in spatial relation to you, there’s almost no guidance when it comes to mission objectives. If you don’t watch the opening cut scene for a level and remember it exactly, you’ll often be lost on what to do. Considering that most missions consist of “kill all the enemies” this isn’t always a problem.
