Summary: Well, if you're into Skyrim or its predecessor Oblivion like I am, then this game might be for you. While it is definitely no Skyrim, it does remind me somewhat of Oblivion with some similar storylines and quests.
Summary: It's like skyrims younger cousin. Not as long. Not as involved. Still pretty good. Ever since skyrim I have been searching for the next best thing. A bit of hope with this game. About 25 hours, interesting characters, pretty good customization. I liked it.
Summary: I am a big fan of the Gothic and Risen series. This game is not as good as Gothic 1 or 2, but it is not horrible either. The graphics are nice. I find that I cannot stop playing. Having just finished Oblivion again, I picked up this game and have not been able to put it down.
Summary: Arcania had some good ideas, had some ok looking gameplay, but failed. the biggest issue is the frame rate, it's seriously less than 30 frames per second, it's more like 20 fps. it's unplayable at that low a frame rate.
Summary: I really enjoyed this game. It is not an open ended RPG like I had hoped. The game is very linear, however, it offers about 30 hours of game play and good graphics. Don't expect it to by anything like Skyrim or Oblivion, even though it looks and plays similar to these games.
Summary: If this game didn't call itself a Gothic game, I would have liked it a lot more. I spent lots of hours playing gothic. The completely open world, the crafting, the story, the game play, the side quests...EVERYTHING about Gothic was literally phenomenal.
