this game is really, reeeaallly... BAD!

Summary: This game is so bad I turned off my Xbox and went outside in 100 degree weather and preferred sweating and bug bites over playing this game. The people who released such painfully bad video game should be publicly flogged, made to personally apologize to every fan of James Cameron's Alien franchise...
Summary: This game just screams "rushed." The ideas and gameplay talked/shown at press conferences never made it into the game although they did look amazing. That right there tells me that the ideas were there but whether through time constraints or budget constraints it just never made it into the game.
Summary: What a terrible disappointment... and waste of $60.00 (yep, I was stupid enough to pre-order). I see it is now selling for less than $30, and that is still too much. The game is very formulaic, requiring you to do specific, detailed steps in the right order.
Summary: They lied to the public and did nothing really to fix it. I bought this for the season pass, but after playing the demo and the game I found a huge difference in the game. With years of development this was greatly disappointing.
Summary: The only good that can come from this game is the multiplayer & the customization. That's it. The rest is just a poor attempt to make a game. The "Aliens: INFESTATION" for the DS is better than this game by a mile and it has lesser graphics/is a side scroller lol.
Summary: In aliens, a group of heavily armed colonial marines set down on this planet and proceeded to have their butts handed to them. They spent the entire movie being pushed back, not able to gain an inch, getting their butts kicked. In this game you shred through them like paper.
Summary: Incredible graphics. Brilliant writing. A sci-fi epic to put Star Wars to shame. Intelligent enemies that use the environment against you. Without a doubt, it's the best shooter I've ever played. Now, enough about Halo. Lets talk Aliens.
Summary: Hey, remember that demo that Randy Pitchford showed at E3 in 2011 of Colonial Marines? It looked awesome, right? Pitchford was so hyped for this game coming out that even I started to get excited.
absolutely terrible. 3 year old games look/player better than this.

Summary: I'll never buy another Sega game at launch after this one, they'll have to do a lot to even get me to consider one. the graphics and the game play look and feel a generation older than they are.
