Summary: I love this game. It allows me to workout while my son is catnapping. There are 2 programs you can do but there are also custom workouts. There sensors can be a bit trippy to work with but for the most part it works great.

Summary: First, the game is great! I will say that as noted above, there is some issues with Kinect tracking at times, but I've found that if you have the proper amount of space (I have to move the couch back) the sensor actually does an impressive job in tracking what you are doing, that being said I think this game prefers a little more space than some other Kinect games as it does have to track you in many different positions.
Summary: I wouldn't recommend this for a beginner (...in fitness or in xbox gaming, for that matter.) If you are a beginner that is looking for a fun and easy way to get moving, I think regular dvds or the dancing games like Dance Central 1 and 2 are easier to navigate, much more fun and much more interactive. First, this game took an awfully long to to actually set up. I also found that the kinect sensor doesn't always properly register some of my movements.
