Summary: I purchased this game because the first time I went back to play AC04 and AC5 after getting an HDTV, I cringed at how awful they looked on the big screen. I have good memories of both of those old games, and I wanted Ace Combat in HD.
Summary: I have every Ace Combat game since the AC3, and have enjoyed them all. Ace Combat Zero is my favorite btw... Anywho, I was really looking forard to playing AC6, but I played through once, and have no desire to do so ever again. I wasn't a bad game per se.
Summary: Page didn't inform me that the game is region locked to the united states, which means my copy is currently somewhere over the pacific ocean, on its way back for my refund. If your 360 is region locked to games outside US, try picking it up from somewhere else.
Summary: The graphics and detail of the aircraft is utterly amazing, thats why it gets a 6. The story is entertaining even if it takes place in a fictional universe. Some of the missions can be very frustrating due to improbable flight mechanics of AI vehicles.
Summary: I would've given this game a four if it weren't for the fact that this game just isn't that fresh when compared to it's predecessors. It sticks to the same formula. Similar missions, a fantasy gigantic aircraft, among other things, are nothing a veteran Ace Combat player hasn't seen before.
Summary: The game is fun, but definatly not the best in the Ace Combat series. If you've played the other games, you'll know what I'm talking about. Its mostly more of the same, stupid plot, dumb videos in between levels, and yes, the last level you fly through a tunnle.
