Expert Review

GamingNexus
16 October 2012
  • Summary: Two years ago, Eurocom rewrote the book on James Bond videogames. While the world of 007 games had languished after EA lost the license, Eurocom changed all that with their modern take on the Bond game Holy Grail, GoldenEye 007.

  • Excerpt: So we get the latest James Bond game sent over by Activision, in the form of 007 Legends. We take on the sometimes discombobulated mission to play through the game and see what it’s all about. More to the point is it a worthy Bond game to have on the shelf?

Console Monster
29 November 2012
  • Summary: Licensed products are a dime a dozen and normally fall short of the mark in varying degrees. However, knowing that more often than not a licensed product would lead to burnt fingers, there was something about 007 Legends that drew me to it.
  • Pros: Good to play through classic Bond missions, Brought back fond memories of Goldeneye on the N64
  • Cons: No Daniel Craig voice to fit his in game character, Feels a bit stale in terms of gameplay compared to its competition, Multiplayer experience was laggy so could indicate some issues with servers

007 Legends

GameRadio.de
5 November 2012
  • Cons: Schwache Technik, Lineares Leveldesign, Langweilige Faustkämpfe, Dumme KI, Wenig Bond-Feeling

007 Legends

Xbox-newz
23 October 2012
