An all around good game! Lots of variables!

  • Summary: This game has plenty of challenges. Beating the campaign, finding all the gold, all the enigma codes, solving the codes. 2 story lines. You need to beat the campaign twice to get all your health and defense. It's not a one and done. There are some side missions to complete as well, but only a few. I highly recommend it! There are 5 settings, so it's as easy or as hard as you want it.

  • Summary: Alright...brand new Xbox One (I've had the previous iterations of consoles from MSFT too) and this game came along as part of the bundle. What is the deal with trying to load this game??? When using the 360 the game would load quite quickly...having massive issues here where the first few chapters- I could play and the que is showing that the game is fully loaded but I continue to get mssgs stating that the game has not loaded.

  • Summary: I'm a very casual gamer, haven't turned my xbox on since I gave up on Far Cry 3 (what? I have to pick more flowers and herbs?) but really liked the old Wolfenstein and finally got the xbox one so why not start with this. And I must say I'm quite happy with the game, I'm very close to the last chapter and had a great time. Graphics are great, occasionally I just stand in place and look at the city or room designs, things that would fly by during game play.

Awesome shooter for adults

  • Summary: This game has no online portion first of all- which I really appreciate. The work done on the story is very in depth and through. The play control in the game is great there are many parts of the environment which are interactive. The story is very linear and doesn't allow much deviation but there is still the need to hunt and explore a little to find the hidden objects in the game. The hidden objects unlock other game modes.

  • Summary: I liked this a lot. I played the first Wolfenstein 3D back in the 90's and I wanted to experience this reboot... The campaing was very good, the details were incredible and the storyline is amazing. Imagine what would've happened if the Nazis won the War!!! The Nightmare was a big surprise, playing the old Wolfenstein 3D in HD was like a remastered dream...

  • Summary: This was a fun game! I am not someone who generally finishes a game quickly but, this one was hard to put down. It has great graphics, a lot of excellent dialog and decent character development. Only rarely did I find myself wondering why I couldn't do a certain action (jump over a bunch of rocks, move a chair, etc.

  • Summary: I needed to purchase this game for part of my son's Christmas present. Using the In-Store pick up was perfect for purchasing the game that was out of stock elsewhere without much time and trouble. Definitely happy with the experience and have recommended it to others as the prices and availability makes Wal-Mart the better choice!!

First Person Shooter You Can Quickly Get Involved In

  • Summary: Great change of pace, story driven game. Much attention to graphic details throughout, even in areas that you'll only get a glance of. Really makes you appreciate the time and effort some of these companies put in. I don't mean everything is the highest resolution, but rather that what you see helps create believable situations. There are a wide variety of play modes required, too.

The Glorious Return of Wolfenstein

cjackc, Game Informer

  • Summary: Wolfenstein 3D was the founding father of first-person shooters, and that franchise is still going on today. This was the first Wolfenstein game to have some kind of depth since Return To Castle Wolfenstein. While I was a bit surprised that it would not include multiplayer, but after playing it, I really don't care. The 15+ hour campaign is the best produced one ever since The Last of Us since 2013.

  • Summary: Another gem that I cannot believe I passed on the first time it came out. I don't usually have high hopes for a Bethesda published game, especially from a smaller developer I don't know well, but this game turned out to be extremely fun and very engrossing. I purchased it here on Amazon for $30, honestly it's worth much more than that and I really would have paid full price if I had known it would be so good.
