Summary: The game is only ok. It did not remind me of the old battlefield games I played on a PC and it is still even now glitchy and lags. It was a rushed release that they still have tried and tried to improve but the product was already out and they can't fix it enough to make it that much fun. The one player game has dumped my game save twice and made me restart which took all the fun out of it.
Summary: First I purchased this for the xbox 360 and the bugs for the first 4-5 months were horrendous. Often game nights would end by the machine locking up and me not wanting to reboot. Recently I got the xbox one in the hopes that they paid more attention to the next gen machines. This is the only game i own for xbox one.
Summary: Between game-breaking glitches (ie., hitting a checkpoint right as you die and needing to restart the level), lost game save files (still a problem), frustrating hit detection online, issues connecting to games online, new glitches being presented with each subsequent patch, and the fact that these issues still exist 3 months after launch, this will be my first and last Battlefield title.
Summary: Erased my single-player campaign no less than three separate times. About half the time I play multiplayer, my stats don't record and I receive none of my xp. It's been out for way too long for this to still be a problem. Trading it in today. Complete trash.
Summary: Not bad for online, terrible to play the campaign if you get a bad copy. I have read a lot of issues with this.
Pros: Decent story line. Online play was a little hard to get in to if you haven't played online before.
Cons: Glitchy. I found multiple places in the campaign where there were bugs. I wasn't able to finish the campaign as there was a major glitch where I wasn't able to complete the mission. The game has been out for over 2 months, they should have found this sooner. Many problems with the game.
Long time Balltefield player regrets this purchase

Summary: I am not at all happy with the online multiplayer experience of Battlefield 4 on Xbox One. The game play is fun, the graphics are great, but the problem is that you can't get to multiplayer games. I also don't like EA's approach to making this game "super premium" at launch. If you pay $60 for a game at release, then I expect to get be able to use all of the features and content of the game at launch.
Summary: First off; it looks like EA is paying people to get on Amazon and do 5 star bomb reviews. You can see for Dec 28 there are a bunch of 5 star reviews. Very unusual if you ask me. This was the first title that I got for my X1. After two hours I only got 20min playing time. As of today I can't even connect after an hour of trying. EA should be held accountable for hyping up a product that does not deliver as advertised.
Could have been a great game - This review is one of sadness and regret.

Summary: This review is one of sadness and regret. This game could have been my top pick for FPS. The game play is engaging, unique, fun, and addictive. The destructible environment really adds another dimension to the game. The sad thing is that there are game-crippling bugs that render both the multiplayer and single-player campaign unplayable on the XBOX-One.
