Summary: I am quite faithful to THQ's series of Smackdown games on the PS1, and with their first RAW game on the PC, they didn't really give me much of a reason to doubt that. Their second attempt, although more lush and comprehensive, still has a lot of the same flaws that made the first game so irritating. So, what's new?
Summary: This is quite possibly one of the greatest Wrestling Games of all time... as long as you dont actually wrestle the matches on it. In terms of storymode, and allowing the player to choose what they want to do before or during a match, with cutscenes and so on, the possibilities were endless. We finally had a game that allowed us to do what we wanted. During the storymode, which is up-to 4 Players, I might add, you have many, many things to do during the show.
Pros: Career control, almost make-your-own-story like.
Cons: The matches suck. Badly. The actual wrestling is horrible.
Summary: Although the only games console that I own is a PS2, I was so desperate to try this "new & improved" wrestling game that I went round to a friends house and bugged him until he let me loose on the game. Good points The game has a poor season mode. I buy wrestling games for their season mode. I want to be challenged with different storylines and angles, not the same boring crap over and over again.
Excerpt: "...who are not in the WWE and now you can actually create them. Winning the world title with AJ Styles anyone? The game might be good for a few battles with your mates, for an hour, but I would seriously consider getting something else. This is a total waste of money in my opinion. ...

Excerpt: "...and recently bought the new WWE title in Wrestlemania 21. I have to say I was very dissapointed at Wrestlemania 21 and have to say that Raw 2 is the best wrestling game on the Xbox sofar! Raw 2 has the best graphics I have seen in a wrestling game! it has a brilliant feature in the entrances! You chose the lighing colour for the ring, the stage, rampway and other places! Then you can have 2 sets of pyro's and they go off when you want! There ...
Summary: WWE Raw 2 was released in October of 2003 exclusively for the X-Box. Boasting better visuals, bigger roster and unique story mode could this be the best wrestling game ever? In short, no. But I'll get to that later. First off you have the exhibition mode which is notably more sparse than Smackdown's! For match types you get Single, Tag, Handicap, Cage, Hell In A Cell, Ladder and Hardcore. In Smackdown!
Pros: Best Create A Wrestler Mode to date, Nice graphics
Excerpt: "...you can create all the wwe superstars left out of the game. However if like me you are a big fan of Independant wrestling it is posible to add in all your favourites from Sting and Low-ki to The Fallen Angel and A.J. Styles. All you have to is search for Raw 2 Caws (create-a-wrestler) on the internet. It might not be as big in terms of parts however RAW 2's CAW system allows for you to create alot more of your Favourite wrestlers The graphics ...
Excerpt: "...much above getting into the WWE ring and fighting your way through the roster to become world champion. You even get to take part in the big pay per views, get the crowd on your side (or against you), tag team and basically fulfil your dream to become a wrestler (maybe thats just me?!) But there is a problem... a big problem. The game is naff! Let me explain... The above description (if it's your cup of tea) sounds good, very good in fact. But ...
Pros: Not much other than being able to make yourself into a wrestler
Summary: As a huge fan of the Smackdown series on the PS2 I have to say I was quite excited at the prospect of Raw 2 on the X-Box. Unfortunately though the excitement didn?t last too long. Graphics ? What can I say except, WOW! The graphics are absolutely stunning and the wrestlers except for a few acceptions (newer guys like Goldberg and Rey Mysterio) look exactly like there real life counterparts. Sound ?
