Conclusion: Umm ok I traded my friend for this game and the reasons was it said it had fighting driving and shooting all in it right? But to have all of those things they must not be that good so the fighting kinda sucks the shooting is pretty good and the driving is fair. The shooting has cool bullet time scences..until you find out you still get shot while doing the matrix...
Conclusion: THIS GAME IS HORRIBLE. IT IS A COPY OFF OF GTA BUT WORSE TIMES 1000. the graphics are scetchy. the audio is pretty good i guess. the controls are kinda funky and the auto aim is ****. there is barely any different weapons you can use. the game is just a bad copy of GTA. did i mention the graphics suck? its extremly buggy . alot of the time if you push someone they will go threw the wall, not breaking it or anything just go straight threw it.
Conclusion: Ok, that pun is stupid, but it's the truth. At least in some aspects. The action! You fly yout car through chairs, fences, people, trees - =:0 - and pretty much anything else - apart from bushes =:0 - giving chase to grandpa that has stolen some wheels. You can either pop those wheels or do something more fun, aim at the gastank. Now, simply aiming at the gastank won't do much, so pressing the trigger is a good idea.
Conclusion: This game sucks! It has ****ty graphics and is a copy of Grand Theft Auto. The shooting is ***, it is nonresponsive and is automatic. It has a whole lot of glitches. The cars look like ****. The driving is also ***, cars get destroyed too easily and they flip over and skid too much. The cutscene also look really, really bad. The gameplay is terrible, for every person you kill you gain a point of the bad cop side.

Summary: In this game you take on the role of Nick Kang a maverick Los Angeles cop who at one point was persona non grata for his violent outdated methods however the triads and the Russian mafia have combined forces and desperate times call for desperate measures so you find yourself back on the street with the task of bringing all the bad guys to justice.
Excerpt: "...floating heads and a dragon! True crime also tries too hard to be like GTA and the similaritys are obvious. The final fight in the game is the last boss and this can acctually be a challenge unlike the rest of the game. ---SHOULD I BUY???--- I would not recommend this game to anyone as the second True Crime: New York City is acctually a very good game and is much more worth buying. True crime streets of LA is an average game with average graphics ...
Pros: Cheap, Custom soundtracks option, decent game
Excerpt: "The story in True Crime is pretty straight forward, your job is to hunt down and remove the criminal threat the Chinese and Russian syndicates have been creating. Through your hunt to end the criminal reigns you will frequently be notified via radio calls from dispatch of crimes taking place. Radio calls often include the location and what type of crime is taking place, with this information you are free to engage the criminals in whatever way you ...
Excerpt: "This is a duplicate of another o my surveys. srroy for this but i have the game on xbox,ps2 and pc so thought give a review on all. Please dont complain Well here's the semi in-depth things that I feel the games like: Game play You're a cop wanting to clean up the streets (kind of). The game play is one of the best type I have every played, I get a bit of a Grand Theft Auto feel which is good, there is so much to do i.e just walk around ...
