Conclusion: This game is a true milestone in gaming, as a member of the Navy Seals i am always looking for good realisim in games. Look no further, this game has no downs just ups like for instance the health bar you get 4 bars you get shot and just like real life theres no getting better untill you deploy back home. This adds stealth to the game.
Conclusion: I enjoy playing 1st person shooters, and games like Rainbow Six 3 keep that going. I was in the USMC and am currently a police officer so I always look to realism. This game shows all ex: room clearing. I purchased this game while it was $20.00, took me a while to beat it, and am looking forward to playing Black Arrow, and also in March I believe Rainbow Six 4. Graphics I did not like at first, but got use to them and with upcoming games they are getting better.
Conclusion: This game rocks. The best Clancy game ever. The campaign is fantasticly awesome and the gameplay is plain solid. Here are the ups and downs of Rainbow Six 3. The ups.....1. The ordering system. Issuing orders to your team is easy and there is no need to not use it. 2. Gameplay. Wickedly awesome. Whoever likes solid gameplay, this is the one game you need to own. 3. Cinematics. The movie clips are nicely done and fun to watch. And 4. Graphics. Niclely done.
Conclusion: Another classic FPS is here. Goldeneye, Half-Life, Doom, Halo, Perfect Dark, and Rainbow Six 3. While it may not be better than those, it is certainly worth mentioning. No matter what you say, after playing this FPS you WILL be better at FPSs in general. Your realistc amount of health makes you NEED to look out for your self where in Halo you don't have to care at all. Playing online not only shows how good you are, but is also really damn fun.
Conclusion: The first person shooter genre has been fairly crowded since halo came out, but it was hard to find one that was really all that good, or worth buying. Now Rainbow Six 3 has come out and is unexpectedly a very good game. For those who are fans of the original rainbow six's than this will be a pleasent suprise to here that they are not just recycleing the old stuff and using it again, they have changed alot and you can even see the guns in front of you now.
Conclusion: This FPS may be one of the top five games on Xbox. With a solid campaign (from what I've played) and the best online gameplay at this moment, this is FPS may also be one of the top five games on any system. FPSs don't get much better than this... and unfortunaltly for Ubi-Soft, Xbox already has Halo. But that's okay because really, this game will be considered one of the greats foor a while, due to it's addictive online capabilities.
Conclusion: First of all I'm a big Clancy game fan so here goes. The single player in this game is mid range in length and puts forth enough challenge to make it plenty of fun if you can put aside the occasional AI brain fart every now and then. The objectives range from defusing bombs to rescuing hostages.
