The Hobbit

swapgame

  • Conclusion: Unfortuneately, this isn't my type of game. The graphics look like they should really be from a GBA, this really is a game for the young ones I think. I would have liked to say it was a bit of a hack and slash fest put I could only play it for about a minute before reaching for the off button.

  • Summary: When my daughter was still yet to be born, I remember playing this game, feeling her kick and move about inside my tummy! I loved this game back then I love the trolls and their accents :) Am a huge LOTR fan anyway and I love all games to do with it.

The Hobbit

  • Summary: One day the Halfling hobbits will rule the Earth. I mean, think about it. They are awfully smart, too intelligent for their own good. They can see and hear things a mile away. And they can go invisible before your eyes. Or at least Bilbo Baggins can.

  • Summary: Lovely graphics, not mega high tech but perfect for capturing the atmosphere. Thoughtful level design and an easy control system. Thats the techno stuff out of the way. What gameplay!! excellent stuff. My 6 year old could play it and enjoy it and so could I.

The Hobbit

  • Summary: I've enjoyed the book for many years and having the chance to play through the story was an exciting opportunity. Graphically The Hobbit is farily average. Everything at the start is brightly coloured and later the game becomes darker.
