Summary: Firts of all, a three star rating is perhaps a little harsh, GODFATHER is better than a three star game, but this falls just short of four stars, so three is all it gets. It really is a game full of guilty pleasures; extorting money out of local businesses, bribing cops and starting shootouts on the streets of New York. This is a good game, great fun and overall is very playable.
Summary: I wish this game gave you more but after a couple of hours of game play on this you'll soon get bored and put it down. Already I've resulted to shooting and blowing everything up in sight and seeing how long I can stay alive. Which isn't very long. For a game which had so much potential The best thing about this game is being able to dress up your gangster in all the traditional clobber before you dish out the punishment.
Summary: It's a tricky task to review this game without drawing direct comparisons to that little known series from Rockstar, especially with regards to game-play. Unfortunately it has proved unavoidable to pit the two head to head due to the fact that the GTA series has become such a universal benchmark for so many recent developments.
