Tennis Masters Series 2003

W Napier, amazon.co.uk
10 July 2003
  • Summary: Coming from the Dreamcast school of Virtual Tennis I picked up Tennis Masters Series with hopes of the same quick game play. The same attention to detail and excitement of tournament competition that Sega had crammed into the VT title. I may have been spoiled. Could have hoped for too much. The Tennis Masters Series graphics are effective. Players and stadiums are realistic.

Does it Pong?

P Hegarty, amazon.co.uk
2 July 2003
  • Summary: This game is most entertaining in two (or more) player mode as the game has little longetivity in one player mode. The graphics are pretty good, but nothing special. On the positive side there are a large number of fictional players to choose from, and a fair amount of courts. Compared to other sport sims though it is not going to keep you entertained for long. This game is pretty tough to play even in amateur mode and lacks the play-ability of the classic Pong.
