Summary: I tried this Tennis Masters Series 2003 and I found it ridiculously easy. To win a point, all I had to do was to run up to the net and slam the tennis ball away from the opponent. 15-0. The computer AI isn't exactly 2003 standard, as all players, so-called net-rushers, power hitters, so on. all do the same thing.
Summary: I wanted a good tennis game, but sadly this is not it. The game is far too easy I played it on the highest level and the computer couldn't even win a set, so there is no challenge whatsoever. The surfaces don't seem to vary at all, and the shot variation is lacking. No matter what player you pick all you have to do is run into the net on every point and make the opponent run from side to side until the ball goes beyond his reach.
Summary: Tennis Masters proclaims itself the 'Battleground of Champions'. I have to say I was very disappointed... the game play is simply dull. There's not enough scope in the variety of shots; angled shots only seem to stray slightly away from the centre of the court, making it easy for your opponent to return the ball; in doubles, if playing with an Xbox controlled partner against two Xbox opponents, your computer controlled partner hogs all the action - you hardly get a look...
