  • Excerpt: When presented with a non-Japanese RPG, most people’s thoughts tend to lean towards the negative, the promises of ages being made and broken, and most importantly of all the fond memories of Final Fantasy VII . Being quite honest, so did mine. In all fairness though, upon watching Sudeki ’s gloriously clever opening sequence, featuring voice acting from former “Doctor Who” Tom Baker and a stack of puppet cleverness, the tide of negativity in your brain will begin to...

  • Excerpt: Even from its initial announcement Sudeki looked promising. As more and more info and screenshots were released on Sudeki, it seemed like the stylistic action role-player was destined to be a classic. • Excerpt: I tried to come up with something pithy for the first sentence of this review because I didn’t think that WOW was a good enough phrase. However, wow is going to have to do. Wow! When you feel compelled to play a game then you know it’s going to be good.

  • Conclusion: The general overall feeling in Sudeki is one of familiar ground with a good variety of quests to accomplish using a strong cast of characters. Sudeki tries a new path and gives us real time combat instead of the normal turn-based style which works. Sudeki plays like an eastern role-playing game, with western combat ideas. The best of both worlds you could say, but you'll need to judge that for yourself. Sudeki is defiantly worth the money.
