Has the 'expanded universe' expanded too far?

Summary: 'Knights of the Old Republic - the Sith Lords' comes highly recommended. Unforunately, it's the most disappointing game I've played in ages. The story - at least as far as I could be bothered to persevere -is amazingly dull, and the characters entirely uninteresting.
Summary: Who would like this game, really? Not RPG fans who like character development, or problem solving. In this game, the only 'problems' in it sort of solve themselves if you just wander around talking to people, and the only dialogue is irritating.

Summary: Well this is a hard one to review. KOTOR is probably my favourite game of all time, i adored it so buying the sequal was a must. I bought it and found that the old KOTOR magic was till there. Interesting levels and great gameplay.
