Conclusion: Awful game should never have been made, nothing like the films. A big let down to the good starwars games out there such as. Star Wars Republic Commando. This is the game we have been waiting for.
Summary: I actually have this game on PS2 and it is pretty good. The first time I heard of star wars I was really not that much interested. Then my brother got it for his birthday and I got attached to it. The only bad thing is that I can’t save where I stopped because I don’t have a memory card. But then again that’s not the games fault, is it? The best part is that you can use the ships to shoot people. lol. I think there’s a battlefront 2 that came out.
Conclusion: Im personally not a big fan of star wars but i played this game at my cousins begining with NO INTEREST AT ALL. But began to like it and get fully 'in to the game' within a matter of minutes. This game is addictive. I went straight home and to the local game store and bought it now hooked on this game it is at the top of my xbox top 10 games (if i had one).
Conclusion: I suppose some folks might come out and say that Battlefront does what it's supposed to do: be a Star Wars liscenced Unreal Tounrament clone. In that sense, this game doesn't dissapoint. There IS a lot of fun to be had. But the reality is, when it comes time to pony up with the cash, an average gamer demands an in-depth, solid and immersive single player experience with more than 12 hours worth of gameplay. If that's what you're looking for, then keep on looking.
Conclusion: This game is a lot of fun to play. I love that you get to relive the battles from the new and old movies. The campaigns arent very long, but i still play the instant action mode all the time. And every time that i play this game, i have just as much, or even more fun than i did the first time playing it. Its just that type of game. I never want to put my controller down when playing it.
Summary: Star Wars Battlefront is one of the best Star Wars games that they have made so far. It has everything a good game truly needs. It has multiple characters, multiple sides, multiple guns, and much more that makes a great game. Everything about it is great and anyone of any age who could play it I think would love it. Gameplay: There are many aspects for this game. First off there is the sides.
Conclusion: Star wars Games have kinda gotten a bad reputation. And with good reason, other than the Knights of the Old Republic series and the Jedi Knight series, Star Wars games have never to capture gamers like the movies did movie fans. That too is with good reason, that reason being its hard to make a film like star wars appeal to anyone in a way other than film. Plus the more recent release of Star Wars: The Phantom Menace didn't really give much to be expected of the games.
Conclusion: After a lull of seriously mediocre games, LucasArts and the Star Wars franchise seem finally on their back towards their previous majesty (X-Wing, TIE Fighter). STAR WARS: BATTLEFRONT basically takes the BATTLEFIELD: 1942 principle and applies it to the Star Wars Universe. For those not familiar, BATTLEFIELD: 1942 is very simple: Wage war by whatever means necessary. Be a sniper, or jump in the tank, or take to the skies in the plane...it's all up to you.
