Conclusion: This game rocks. While this game is considered, "low budget"....its the perfect type of game for me. I love MAD and has been subscribed to them long before i even became a fan of xbox. I would of got this game even if it were 50. I belive this game is better than the Splinter cell games, And Halo, Halo 2, which are the more popular, expensive games, so it looks like i got a good deal.
Summary: I have not played the old spy vs spy games, so this didn't have to live upto any expectations in my mind. It's a great game. When i play this it reminds me of the tom and jerry cartoon. This is because you go around setting traps (things like banna skins and boxing gloves placed in walls) and using Clubs, chainsaws, guns etc... to take down your opposition. Its just pure silly fun!! I love games like this and they are hard to find.
Summary: SPY Vs SPY was one of the best games out on the C64. 2 was better. This, while trying to remain true to the essence of it, has lost the charm. Visually its well done but suffers from mediocre gameplay. Story mode was completed in an afternoon and multiplayer is spoiled because its not completely reliant on traps, which made the originals in my opinion. I haven't XBox lived it so I don't know if that will add anything. Fun for a (short) while.
