Summary: This game is perfect for the people that like sword-fighting games. Throughout Spartan Total Warrior, you play as a spartan in the military under the command of King Leonidas. The game keeps you on your toes, just waiting to see what happens next. In the end, it comes to a battle of the gods.
Conclusion: This is a pretty darn good game! With screaming allies, beheaded enemies, and really, really hard bosses, you could say that this is one darn good game! You take control of a Spartan warrior battling for his homeland, which is blessed by the gods. Yeah Yeah, just point us to the Romans so we can get killing! The gameplay.....lets just say it makes LOTR look bad. Really bad. This really isnt hard to get addicted to.
Summary: I don't normally review but this game is really underated. I'm 35, an ex-squaddie & love action games, this one is right up there with Star Wars Battlefront 1,2 & Rogue trooper - which is just terrific. Response of the graphics to the controls in Spartan is fantastic - avoiding common gaming problem with loads of opponents on screen i.e. any idiot can get the same result by thrashing the controller. Subsequent levels & story board are good too.
Summary: It seems most games these days are first-person-shooters. If, like me, you fancy a change from all the wonderful yet similar FPS's out there, then I recommend Spartan: Total Warrior. S:TW is a third person action/adventure where you play the Spartan and get to do battle against Romans, Barbarians and mythological creatures such as Medusa and Minotaur (to name two).
Summary: Spartan: Total Schmorrior is a game... It's a great game, only if you're into games like Project Gotham and Gran Turismo. I think the best part of Spartan: Total Schmorrior is when you fight the fox in a helicopter... the blue weasel is another hard "boss" but you can take him out when you use you're laser bazooka. buy this game!
