Soldier of Fortune II: Double Helix Reader Review - 4.6

44_caliber, IGN Entertainment
4 July 2006
  • Conclusion: People these days rely on great graphics, which this game does not have. To Soldier of Fortune II's defence it is a great game if you just want to pick up the Xbox and just run around and shoot people and blow things up.

Soldier of Fortune II: Double Helix Reader Review - 3.0

Doomofman, IGN Entertainment
23 December 2005
  • Conclusion: Well... where to start? Perhaps I'll start with the fact that this game sucks... Its awful the AI is complete muck, the graphics look like something you would get on a N64 and the gameplay is sluggish and repetitive!

This is an Xbox game?

Mr. M. L. Hanford "MH74", amazon.co.uk
14 February 2009
  • Summary: I loved the first one,on Dreamcast, and this is in the same cheese infested territory,it just feels like a continuation in some ways but what happened to the graphics?,I've been playing Republic Commando and Riddick and had to physically trace the joypad lead back to see it wasn't coming from my PS2...

Worth a look, but nothing spectacular

Mr. J. Higgins "jhiggins132", amazon.co.uk
15 April 2006
  • Summary: First of all, this game IS a lot of fun. Blasting people away with the devastating arsenal of weapons is good. The's lots of gore. You can see their guts come out and brains splatter. But there are lots of bad things.
