Summary: I picked this up new for a couple of quid recently, and I'm almost aggrieved that I spent that much on it. The production quality is - in typical EA shovel-it-out-onto-as-many-platforms-as-possible fashion - absolutely atrocious. The menus are superficially similar to other EA sports games, but subtly different enough to be annoying.
Excerpt: Rugby 2005 is not like playing rugby at all. OK all the rules and general ideas are the same but it doesn't seem as exciting as playing rugby in real life. For instance, tackling is just a click of a button and the selected player will home in on the opposition on the other side of the field.
