Conclusion: Babylon Games has put together a decent game, but not one that can compete in current, over-crowded market of tuner-style titles. Tuner games take a lot of resources to do right, and frankly, selling a tuner title for twenty bucks is a hard proposition. Casual gamers may be better off looking in the bargain bin for a full-priced tuner game that is available for twenty dollars instead of buying a new copy of Top Gear RPM Tuning for the same price.
Pros: Decent customizable car models., Solid racing controls.
Cons: Generic street tracks that lack any real variety or aesthetic value., Ugly environments and street traffic., Not many cars to choose from, and the customizations list leaves a lot to be desired., No online multiplayer, and the offline multiplayer isn't that great to begin with., Adventure mode is boring, silly, and just plain bad (not to mention frustrating).
