    Babylon Games has put together a decent game, but not one that can compete in current, over-crowded market of tuner-style titles. Tuner games take a lot of resources to do right, and frankly, selling a tuner title for twenty bucks is a hard proposition. Casual gamers may be better off looking in the bargain bin for a full-priced tuner game that is available for twenty dollars instead of buying a new copy of Top Gear RPM Tuning for the same price.     This game is worthy of a rental given the actual play time is not very long. For hardcore import enthusist as an xbox port this game is worthy of its price tag; there is also plenty of city to get lost in within the freemode. Read more

    The Xbox is not exactly a platform that's hurting for quality racing games or, specifically, quality street racing games. Sure, Top Gear is a measly $20, but when you consider that practically every other street racer on the market pretty much destroys it in terms of features--be they gameplay, modes, or presentation--it's utterly impossible to recommend Top Gear RPM Tuning to anyone.
