Pros: Good Graphics, Xbox Classic, One Of The 1st Games On Xbox Making It A Must Have
Cons: When youu get stuck in the game it makes you very frustrated which in my case makes you put the game at the back of your collection but if you are a hardcore racing addict this shouldn't be a problem

Summary: Project Gotham Racing is the worst racing title I have ever played. I understand the kudos system and this could have potentially been a great system if the makers of the game had allowed it to be fun. I don't particularly mind any of the singular events, but the street races were profoundly disappointing and infuriating. The cars apparently are programmed for max wheelspin for the kudos, but this is not necessary.
Summary: This game is very easy to get into. It's a totally different racing game. This may be the racing game for people who don't necessarily like racing games. There may not be too many cars to customize or too many locations, but if you are just interested in the simulation, then this game is everything you need. You don't just race to beat the clock or to win first. It's more of a just-how-well-can-you-drive-really-fast game. But you know what?
Excerpt: "this game is better than gran turismo. if i didnt have to write a 120 words thats all i would put. everything about this game sparks off a class hitherto unseen in the car racing genre. the only thing it misses is some motorbikes and a couple of more familiar cities, newcastle, manchester, leeds etc. what you get for your hard earned moola is about 30 jaw droppingly (theres that word again) gorgeous cars that go like sh*t off a stick. all set ...
Pros: fast paced lary racing action with more sports cars you can shake a stick at .
Cons: kudos challenges are too hard, not enough cities
Summary: Project Gotham is like a high-performance sports car. It looks absolutely gorgeous, dishing up thrills and giggles in generous portions. But be warned, if you want this as your daily driver, there are plenty of frustruations to live with. Even though it was launched nearly two years ago, the game still has some of the best graphics for an Xbox driver out there, topping newer releases like Burnout 2 and Midnight Club 2.
Summary: It may seem odd that, instead of winning by finishing in first, you have to earn the most points. Project Gotham Racing is the best racing game on Xbox,or at least until Project Gotham 2. There is more than 20 cars, and 300 courses in 4 cities (London,Tokyo,New York, and San Francisco). The cars you can drive range from the Mini Cooper S,to a New Beetle,to the incredible F50 (the car on the box cover). You can also decide what the text is on your liscense plate!
Anyone who considers themselves a car fan should buy this!!!

Summary: The Xbox has been on store shelves (and in my living room) for two-and-a-half months. During that time I have played some of the best games I've seen in my long tenure as a video game guru, including Star Wars: Obi-Wan, Halo and, Amped. Being distracted by such wonderful examples of gaming genius, like the ones above, and about a half dozen others, my wandering Blockbuster eye always passed over Project Gotham Racing. Boy, was that a mistake.
Excerpt: "...played and owned many, but Project Gotham is still the most enjoyable game. I purchased it as a launch title, and I still play it about two hours a week. Read the following to find out why this is the best racing game ever. Let me start out by saying that Project Gotham Racing is an arcade game. If you're looking for a simulation game, then look elsewhere (I suggest Sega GT 2002)! The cars handle perfectly and are easy to pick up, but difficult ...
Excerpt: " Having bought Project Gotham racing I was expecting to be taken to another level of game play and the graphics certainly promised to do that, The game starts easy with slow and predictable handling cars, but as you earn your kudos and win races the computer driven rivals get harder to pass, blocking your every move. The kudos challenges are next to impossible the speed and accuracy needed to slide the car around the curves and bends is unreal, linking ...
