Summary: I got this game from my sister's friend's mother and I tried it on my XBox 360 and it worked perfectly! The game is pretty average for a racing game. I really wish you can customize more to your racing vechile because simply just changing the color of the vechile is not good enough. You do get some wicked vechiles to help you out in certain races. It also got some cool track varieties but not excellent track varieties.
Conclusion: quality arcade racer. the kudos system is a stroke of genius, not only do you have to be quick, but you need style too. quality, and the range of cars is superb! the classic ferrari's and jags are a joy.
Conclusion: This game could be compared to a Ferrari Enzo==> beautiful, handles brilliantly, sounds amazing and will be driven for years to come... This game is everything any serious racing fan has wanted and it's beautiful enough to appeal to the casual gamer with it's unique approach to racing => STYLE MATTERS
Conclusion: I have no ide why does this game get so good reviews. I love NFSU2 and figured I have to try this game since the reviews are better than those for NFSU2. A piece of crap. Maybe the graphics are cool and stuff but the game physics are bad as hell. I'm not even going to compare it with NFSU2. I tried sime quick runs and threw the game away. The game is sloooow. The speedometer says my car is going about 100 mph when it's barely moving on the screen.
Conclusion: Still the best, most addictive racing game on the XBOX. Somehow you just HAVE to get more Kudos so you can get the next car / series. It has its flaws in terms of rubber band opponents at some times, but I still think that it deserves the full 5 stars
Conclusion: Xbox Live is almost perfectly integrated into this game. You can sign in while playing single player so can compare your scores with the best players, and your friends. Live gameplay is very good with 8 players. There are some problems when people start lagging and each player sees a slightly different view of the race, often both players claim to have been behind the other. Would like to have seen a dedicated server mode and a random track setting.
