  • Summary: If you've been playing the 360 then, going back to this is going to be difficult. My hubby enjoyed this game some time ago but, we lost the game we had in a fire. It is a fun game, very challenging and worth the purchase.

  • Summary: Great game. A bit repetitive, but downright witty and fun. Probably the best in the series. Be dazzled with gently glowing levels and constant snarky comments from the main charactor.

  • Summary: I like this game for its novel presentation that combine a story smoothly with gameplay. The abilities of the character and puzzle sovling present challenges to keep up interest throughout the game. I don't care for the costumes of the women that and the kids (7 and 10) in the house have asked, "why are they dressed like that?" The women "bad guys" also make an irratating scream but I guess that is part of the atmosphere.

  • Summary: Prince of Persia: Sands of Time is a very good action adventure game. Much of the game centers around the movements of the character which are very original and unlike most other video games in this genre. Climbing, jumping, running, and swinging motions are all big parts of this game. The combat scenes are less frequent than many games in this genre.

Prince of Persia: Sands of Time Reader Review - 7.5

  • Conclusion: Unfortunatlly, this game does not turn out to be as great as we all had hoped. The game play is repetative, the action is to anoying and stiff, and the puzzles suck (seriously how many times can you wall un to the next lever and repeat before it gets old). But for what it is worth the game does have some ok music and some pretty good graphics, but that is not enough to make up for this mess of a game. If you like this type of game go bye ninja gaiden.

  • Conclusion: Heh, well, this game is sooooooooooo repetitive, and when you finally get a break from all of the repetitive puzzles, the battles prove to be long and boring. IT SHOULD DIE RIGHT NOW AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! BURN IN HELL YOU PIECE OF SH*T!

  • Excerpt: I don't always play that many platformers or puzzle game or at least not as much as say racing and action games, however Prince of Persia Sands of Time was one of the best games I'd played in a while when I borrowed it recently for my XBox. It is definately full of action which I like and really enjoyed. The single player campaign in this game means you play as the Prince of Persia, trying to find out who he really is.

It may not be an out-and-out classic, but it sure comes close.

  • Excerpt: The recent trend of remaking old school videogames for the modern age is generally looked down upon by fans due to the remade games doing nothing but tarnishing the name of their source material. However, sometimes it works in a negative fashion for a completely different reason, as was the case with Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time and I.
