PRINCE OF PERSIA: SANDS OF TIME
29 October 2004
Excerpt: "Overall Prince of Persia is a good game with its good storyline and fantastic graphcs, especially the stylish and colourful videos that are included through the game. The best part of the game is how you can trn back time and amend your mistakes, you can also choose not to use this feature and still enjoy the game, I prefer to play with this feauture. The main character in the game (the prince) is really lively and energetic, especially with his ...
Pros: Control of time, cool storyline .
Cons: Gets a bit repetitive and hard in some places .
Excerpt: "This game starts of very promising with its good story line and the way it eases the player into the game showing you what to do and how to do it, its especially good when you first get control of time because this (for me anyway) is a very good new and inotive idea - you can die but then reverse time to change your mistake, Its great. But after about getting 40-50% though you have done nearly everything that you can do in this game - all you have ...
Summary: This has to be one of the world's most over-rated games. And I'm not saying that just to be nasty. All the magazines are ranting on about Sands of Time being 'one of the best titles this year', and naturally, with all the good reviews and 'hype' circultaing throughout the media, the initial impressions are that it could well be. Indeed, for the first time you play this, Sands of Time has all the marks of a winner.
Summary: Doesn't sound good, does it!?! Don't get me wrong. In many ways this game is great. It's got some of finest grahpics I've ever seen on the xbox, and the gameplay is superb. The prince can do all sorts of acrobatics, not to mention running along the walls. Of course there's the ability to alter time, even rewind it if you like. This really comes in handy during the game, because you ARE going to fall down from ledges and get killed by various traps and enemies a lot.
Summary: Dieses Spiel hat mich einiges an Nerven gekostet.
