A good game for the old xbox if you still got one :-D

Excerpt: This is the first game I ever completed without cheats I'm proud to say. It was one of those games that I picked up purely because it was cheap, and then didn't touch it for about a month as I was playing something else had a break from that game and this one completley took over.
Summary: Ok,at last a fairly decent game for the XBox that isnt a just rehash of a PC game. Quite a good story to this one, with a variety of playing modes similar to Halo - you can run around islands jumping and killing, or get on your ship and blow up the bad guys.
Summary: I know that this has been getting good reviews both on-line and in magazines; I bought it, and took it back. This is a really bad game, the graphics are bland, gameplay is a complete drag and overall it's a huge dissapointment. Stay away from this!
Summary: This game does appear rather underdeveloped although the same cannot be said for the luscious heroine (on the subject, how about that barmaid in Baldur's Gate?). I found 'Pirates' to be instantly addictive, and I do not consider 3/5 a bad score.
Summary: Bland graphics. Glitches. Terrible and overly simplistic ship control. BORING GAMEPLAY! This is what you let yourself in for, one of the worst gaming experiences on XBox! If you want your pirate fill, just wait for Pirates of the Carribean, which is, quite simply, brilliant fun!
Summary: While this game is never going to set the world on fire it is an enjoyable fantasy romp and well worth investigating if you're after a bit of nautical escapism. Graphics that can only be described as average don't detract from the pleasantly varied gameplay.
Summary: I'm really into the Pirate era, so I got this as a bargain item as it seemed interesting. There are a few fun elements (e.g. driving and shooting the ships) but overall it feels hollow and false. This is not the real Caribean but a made-up world, and has no historical value at all.
