Excerpt: Gameplay Very enjoyable, primarily due to the engrossing storyline (revolving around a post apocalyptic medieval china!). The playability is enhanced by the fact that there are no complicated special moves to sequence through the joypad. Enemies come at you at all angles and although fighting the henchmen can become quite repetitive there are puzzles to complete which add much needed stimulas.

Summary: The game starts off a bit shaky you'd think they could have done better for an xbox only game but after a few minutes you start to warm to the okay storyline and great fluid fighting, but thats about it, After a while it starts to get a bit of the same through the levels, From the very easy bad guys to the disgustingly easy end of level bosses. On the plus side the levels and terrain are vast and the graphics are pretty good but does not help the bland gameplay.
Summary: New Legends is a third person action adventure game set in mythical, futuristic china. You play as Sun Soo the younger son of a Chinese lord out for revenge after your father and brother are killed by power hungry Xoa Gon and his five half demon offspring. New Legends presents a lot of new ideas, like the ability to equip different combinations of weapons in different hands and the attack combos are a nice touch.
