Summary: First of all id like to start with the negatives because these drive me insane! 1. The computer catches everything! No matter who it is..they will dive and catch it. 2.Lefties cannot hit homeruns-there power seems way down compared to righties 3.Some players are not correctly sized. Ex: Kyle Farnsworth is not 250 pounds! He is one of the skinniest in baseball, and they have him bigger than Mo Vaughn. The postives outweigh these though.
Summary: MVP baseball 2004 is an ok baseball game. The best thing in this game is the gameplay. The throwing is awesome in this game compared to other baseball games. This game still doesn't have all of the fatures that I was looking for like in All Star Baseball. Another thing that I liked was the graphics. I also think that they should've improved on the batting stances and the pitching wind ups because they are almost the same for every player.
Summary: I think if you're an EA Sports fan you have to buy it. Pro's: Minor league/dynasty mode is very deep and great. Real minor league players are available. Graphics are excellent, even players batting stances are true to real-life. Sounds great too. Stadiums are great. Ability to unlock old stadiums, and great players as you earn points in your "profile". Con's: Wicked hard to hit, steal, turn a double play unless you adjust the sliders to make the AI brain dead.
