Summary: This game is amazing, the graphics are sick, the story is cool, and it's a game where you get to go around in a giant robot and fight other giant robots in the future, where robots belong. There are many different weapons that the robots will have and each robot is different from the last, from lasers and lightning to missles and autocannons will be at your desposal.
Conclusion: In November 2002, Microsoft and Day 1 Studios released a game that gave giant robot fans plenty to look forward to. That game was Mechassault, where you played as a mercenary of the Wolf Dragoon clan, and you took on the evil Word of Blake using the ultimate in military technology: Battlemechs. The single-player took players through twenty missions of explosive excitement, leading up to a final confrontation with Adept Strader, the leader of the Word.
Conclusion: This is a great game for all people. With the addition of the new tanks, VTOls and battle armor there are a alot more stratigic options. The graphics are great along with the sound. The single player campainge is very solid with boss battles and lots of actions. Although it only takes about 12 hours to beat it that is great length for a game with a good multiplayer game. The conquest mode is a good addition to the game and provides hours of fun.
Conclusion: Where to begin, hmmm, let me just start by saying...THIS GAME ROCKS! I had high expectations for this game and it fulfilled every one of them. This is obvious from just the first few moments of gameplay. There isn't one aspect of this game I would change. So far I've played through about seven or eight levels on normal mode and I've already used the battle armor, jacked a mech, and driven a tank. I must admit that each were equally enjoyable!
