Summary: Mashed is a racing game thats reminds me of the old micro machines games.... just better! Mashed fully loaded (as it is known in europe) has 15 tracks. Each track has 3 different modes. Usually reverse, night, ice etc. Most of the tracks are fun to drive though there are a few that are more annoying then fun. There are also 9 weapons in the game to lay waste to your enemies.
Pros: 15 tracks, 9 weapons, 4 player, customisable options, ai in multiplayer

Don't expect much from this game just enjoy it for what it is and thats a fun driving game where you can beat your friends. If you weren't around when any of the micro machines were released or have never actually experienced this style of game then i recommend this for you. The game does have a slight ...
Summary: At any price under £25 this game offers excellent value. The single player missions are challenging and varied, and are a must if you want to unlock the additional goodies (tracks, vehicles, etc.) Where Mashed truely excels is the multiplayer aspect. I won't go through all the standard stuff that you'd normally expect from an MP car racing/combat game. The beauty is in the subtleties: 1) 2 to 4 players can play on a single console with no split screen.
Summary: Mashed can change so much depending on what you play: single player or multiplayer. The single player seems brilliant at first with some good modes to play. Then after about 30 mins you come across fugitive. It seems like a stroke of genius but then you realise how hard it is. Even if I do all three laps without making any mistakes I still can't catch up with the fugitive.
