Summary: I am a PC golf fanatic and was a little hesitant to play on a console. Links 2004 exceeded my expectations. The physics are as good as it gets and the graphics are untouchable. You really need to play it on an HDTV with surround sound to get the full effect. I gave this game 5 stars because my kids don't play golf but this game has lit a fire and they will start this coming spring. I wish they would make a Links 2007 although I don't know what they could add.
Summary: I have two others links games and this one is by far the best of all that I have tried. Good graphics and sounds. Easy to play and very entertaining. I would recommend it to anyone who likes golfing.
Summary: Yep, I'm one of those people that likes Links 2004 better than the Tiger Woods games. Thats not to say that I don't like the Tiger Woods games at all but I think that on the Xbox, Links is the way to go. I prefer the sim approach as opposed to Tigers more arcade style although I think both are great games. I really like the graphics in Links as well as the sound effects and music.
Summary: Good way for my kids to get some exercise. In a times where kids are glued to video games, it's a way to get them interested in sports. My oldest is now wanting to play football in middle school (I know it's not one of the sports in this game, but it peaked his interest none the less).
Pros: Tons of fun!
Cons: Can get loud if the game is plugged in upstairs!!
Summary: I really enjoy this game. I guess I was spoiled with Season 2 where I can talk Xbox commands. This does not work on this game. Also, I could not say Xbox home and it took me a very long time to figure out how to leave the game. The game and the sports are great. It is a little slow starting up compared to the Season 2 game.
Pros: Lots of great sports, lots of fun, and it makes me sweat!
Summary: This game is a blast and endless hours of fun for the whole family. My son at 1.5yo. loves to watch himself move the players on screen even if he can't participate in the sports other than running. Even his grandparents liked to play both while holding my son and without. This game is fun for all and it's the game I use to show everyone the Kinect and everyone loves it.
